Week #30: April 13th - 17th
Dear Families, What a rainy, grey week we’ve had, but the temps were warmer so that was great! And, we ended it on a sunny day today, wasn't it glorious?! Loved it! I do want to say a big thank you to all the parents who sent their children with the proper rain gear because of you, we were able to head outside for recess every single day and enjoy some fresh air (even if it was a little drizzly). A lot of kids did such a good job staying out of the major puddles and staying dry(ish), haha. EARTH WEEK INITIATIVES: The Environmental Club and I have planned a week of simple, yet effective initiatives to help our school celebrate and support the environment. I would appreciate your help in encouraging your child(ren) to participate :) After all, there is no Planet B, we need to protect and preserve the one we have!
